Health Emergencies in Large Populations offered by Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health is a collaborative program with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). The HELPS course offers humanitarian workers an intensive course in humanitarian assistance, public health principles and disaster epidemiology.
